BERITA SOLO - Two Denpasar Primary School Primary School students represented Indonesia in two events namely the Olympics at Grams World Academy in Singapore on July 6-9 2019 and the World Mathematics Invitational in Fukoka Japan on July 16-19 2019.
Thus it was revealed when Alexandria Princess 4th grade elementary school student, Zeno Fasian Class 3 elementary school children met with Denpasar Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra Mayor, yesterday at the Denpasar Mayor's Office.
At the hearing with the Mayor of Rai Mantra, the two students were accompanied by parents and heads of the Denpasar City Disdikpora Program Mr. Made Merta.
Rai Mantra highly appreciates and encourages Alexandria and Zeno Fasian to take part in the Olympics representing Indonesia on the international stage. This success is certainly expected to motivate other students in Denpasar City.
"It is hoped that from this event through competing experience, students can uphold the values of togetherness and diversity and to inspire other students to take part in competitions in education," he said.
Alexandria Princess (9 years old) in grade 4 Primary School Regents Primary School said that she was very fond of learning mathematics since childhood and often attended outside school guidance and math competitions.
"I feel grateful to be able to represent Indonesia in the International Olympic Games, and hope to get good and satisfying results. I also aspire to be a researcher, "he said.
