BERITA SOLO - Mardani Ali Sera, Deputy Chairperson of BPN Prabowo- Sandiaga believes and is optimistic that the Supreme Court's decision will not affect the final decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) against the dispute over the 2019 Presidential Election, Thursday (6/27).
"I believe the Supreme Court's decision did not affect the Court's final decision, hopefully the results are the fairest and best for the Indonesian people," Mardani said, Thursday (6/27).
Previously, the MA Institute through the public relations department, MA Abdullah (27/6) refused the BPN Prabowo-Sandiaga's claim to the Republic of Indonesia Bawaslu. The Supreme Court argued that it did not accept the claim because the object of the lawsuit was not a violation of election administration (PAP).
The Chairman of the PKS DPP hopes that the Constitutional Court's institution will truly decide a fair decision, "I still believe the judiciary in Indonesia, one of which is the Court upholds the principle of justice and truth," he said.
In addition, he also still believes that the Constitutional Court leadership will behave as a statesman, "I still believe the Constitutional Court Judges have the soul of statesmen who decide this dispute according to the data and facts of the trial," he concluded. (Anisa Nurul)
