BERITA SOLO - Jakarta and Al-Quds Al-Syarif have established Sister City cooperative relations since October 2007.
To warm up the relations between the two cities, yesterday the City Hall of DKI received the Palestinian Ambassador His Excellency Dr. Zuhair Al-Shun.
"In the meeting we discussed a number of potential inter-city cooperation, such as increasing rescue capacity, fire fighting, humanitarian assistance and cultural arts," DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Bawesdan and in his official account wrote a moment ago.
DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, said Anies, will always support the commitment of the Republic of Indonesia to the struggle for Palestinian independence.
