Beritasolo ■ Minister of Religion Fachrul Razi revealed that there are conditions that must be fulfilled by Muslims if they hold the Idhul Adha prayer 1441 H. It can be in the field, mosque or room, because it is still a COVID-19 pandemic. These requirements are listed in Circular Letter No. SE. 18 of 2020 which was signed by the Minister of Religion Fachrul Razi.
"Eid al-Adha prayers may be done in the field, mosque or room while still observing health protocols and coordinating with the local government," said the Minister of Religion.
In another part, the Minister of Religion also said that the Eid al-Adha prayer and the slaughter of sacrificial animals could be carried out in all areas, except in places considered COVID-19 by the Regional Government / Regional Task Force.
In the supplementary statement, it was stated that the socialization and supervision of the implementation of the health protocol as stipulated in the circular, will be carried out by the Provincial Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the District / City Ministry of Religion Office and the District Religious Affairs Office in synergy with the agencies in charge of animal health functions and related agencies .
Related requirements that must be met if you want to hold Eid Al-Adha Prayer in the field, mosque or room are as follows:
A. Prepare staff to carry out and oversee the application of health protocols in the area where implementation;
B. Perform cleaning and disinfection in the area where it is implemented; C. Limiting the number of doors / lanes in and out of place of implementation to facilitate the application and supervision of health protocols; D. Provide hand washing / soap / hand sanitizer facilities at the entrance / exit and exit lanes;
E. Provides temperature checking devices at the entrance / entrance. If pilgrims are found with a temperature> 37.5'C (2 times checking with a distance of 5 minutes), it is not permitted to enter the area of the venue;
F. Apply distance restrictions by giving special marks of at least 1 meter distance; G. Shorten the implementation of the prayers and sermons of Eid al-Adha without reducing the terms and conditions of harmony; H. Not accommodating donations / alms pilgrims by running the box, because it moves hands prone to disease transmission;
I. The organizer appealed to the public about the health protocol for the implementation of Eid Al-Adha prayer which includes: 1) Congregation in good health; 2) Bring a prayer mat / base of each prayer; 3) Using a mask since leaving the house and while in the area where the implementation;
4) Maintain cleanliness of hands by frequently washing hands using soap or hand sanitizer 5) Avoiding physical contact, such as shaking hands or hugging; 6) Maintain a minimum distance of 1 (one) meter between pilgrims; 7) Urge not to attend Eid Al-Adha prayers for children and elderly people who are vulnerable to contracting the disease as well as people with congenital illness who are at high risk of COVID-19. ■ AGUS SANTOSA
